Using a network of qualified, secured and guaranteed tenants, we are uniquely positioned to be able to pair two sides of the social housing sector. We are delighted to offer a variety of solutions for clients including:
Our socially secured tenancy: This provides clients with a low maintenance and professionally managed service from us, as we will take on the tenancy of vacant properties for you. Managed via an award winning management and reporting software, we ensure that all areas of a tenancy are covered.
Portfolio analysis: Through years of residential management, as well as project management on developments, we are well suited to project managing and consulting on maintenance works and refurbishment of existing assets.
Landlord and private rental market
Landlords and private rental property owners have a fantastic opportunity to benefit from a guaranteed income, with low maintenance and full guarantees via:
Socially secure management: Very competitive introductory management fee for new clients, social housing tenants - all rents are third party guaranteed, fully referenced and guarantor referenced through independent and industry accredited referencing agency. All properties are managed through the property management department.
Company let: This provides clients with a low maintenance and professionally managed service from us, as we will take on the tenancy of vacant properties for you. This allows for an even greater oversight into the housing, maintenance and management of your asset. Managed via an award winning management and reporting software, we ensure that all areas of a tenancy are covered.
THE MISSING MIDDLE
Our focus is on the missing middle, an in industry term for the sector of social housing that focuses on those working, but not earning enough therefore having to top up with universal credit or grants.
They are being pushed aside and moved to temporary accommodation and out of London but, aren’t priority from councils. This is where charities are helping and where we feel the private sector can benefit from the extra security of employed, social housing tenants. Via this route, they are referenced by agency accredited independent referencing and are third party guaranteed.
The missing middle applies to third sector bridging, landlord and the private rental sector market.
